Removal Of Diseased Branches From A Tree With Ash Dieback
Llandegla, Denbighshire, North Wales
Sadly another heavily diseased tree with ash dieback. The left hand main stem had a big cavity making it dangerous.
We used a crane for safety and efficiency. Ash dieback can often make it too dangerous (branches are too weak and brittle) for a climber to climb the tree so the tree surgeon has to be lowered via a crane. One upside is that it can often make the job quicker, so it is fewer man hours and that translates into cost savings for the client compared to traditional methods.
This was a 4 man job + the crane driver.
All the wood was cut into rings for the client and left.
A very satisfying day with beautiful views in Llandegla.
Feedback
“ I used this company to take a lot of diseased branches off of my Ash tree. I found Rob and his crew to be very professional, efficient, fast working and friendly. They used a crane to do the job to avoid cables. They left the area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.”
